Are the recalled pills, such as Excedrin, Bufferins, no-doz and gas-ex coming back on market sooner then mid-year as earlier announce? I have been using Exedrin Migraine for as long as it has been made. I get excruciating headaches sometimes and it is the ony OTC brand that works. By the way, have been using CVS brand and have not had any problems. But will keep an eye on my blood pressure.

This is a disgrace and messed up!!! I ve been hsvind extreme headaches when takin other stuff when are you guys bringing oringal ecedrine back?? Buy a generic. I have used it since the first day I found it on the shelf and withdrawal at my age is NOT pretty. My doctor shudders when he hears how much I take a day, but he is a young thing and should not have left his mother.
Come on boys, lets get the lead out and get this stuff back on the shelf. Will they ever be back on the shelves, I suffer with really bad headaches and Excedrin seem to be the only thing that works. When I went to Walmart to get more, I found out they had been recalled. What a disappointment. They are the only thing that helps all of my body pains.

Excedrin is the only drug that stages off migraines for me. Its excedrin or a migraine later. My worst nightmare-no freaking excedrin. I could just strangle that novartis or whoever they are. Anyway I get a little paniced because I am about out.

If people can at least know, then they can act accordingly. There are so many people that need this medication to ward off debilitating migraines that affect work, their social lives, and just plain ability to move their body.
I believe the FDA owes a response in addition to Novartis. Nothing works for migraines better then Excedrin, unless you get a prescription from your doctor. Ive survived with it ever since it came out.
Now im useing Advil Migraine but its not as effective nor does it work quick enough. I hope that they will put this product back on the shelves soon. The people on E-Bay are charging prescription prices for Excedrin and people are bidding it up. This is cruel. Also cruel of the company to issue no response to availability. I too have taken Exedrin for years. I found Goodies extra strngth headache powders. The work wonderfully. A bit of a nasty taste, but it works. I disolve the packet in a cup of coffee.
If you have any idea please inform when you have an idea. When will extra strength excederin going to be back on the market? I am 73 yrs old and that is the only medication i take. It keeps my arthritis from hurting. Try using Walmart equate Midol. It has 60 mg of caffeine and mg of acetaminophen and take an aspirin. Seems to have the same effect as Exciderin Migraine. The only difference is the 15mg of Pyrilamine Maleate, which is a Diuretic.
